The transition from Optum Store to Optum Now was an opportunity to tell a new brand story, defining its identity, voice, and overall tone across all digital channels. Emails, social media, and other assets were developed to reflect the brand’s personality. Each project was led from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience.

The transition from Optum Store to Optum Now drove a rethink of the email design. While Store focused on products, Now represents a broader online healthcare experience, offering tools, services, products, and personalized engagement. The challenge was translating this expanded platform into email visuals, communicating the new offerings, updating the brand voice, and guiding users to explore the full Optum Now experience.
