Trance
Title SequenceSimon, a fine-art auctioneer, lost his memory of where he hid the painting. For him to retrieve his memory about the painting’s location, he seeks help from a hypnotherapist, Elizabeth. Together, along with the gang of thieves, they dig deep into his memory to find the art that has been hidden but forgotten about.
The mirror is used metaphorically as a way of portraying the state of mind of the main character, Simon. It represents the confusion inside Simon, where it’s muddling his mind, making him lose the ability to recognize what is real and what is not.
